Women's GRANITE PRO Running Shorts

Female mountain runners have rebelled! They came to us and said they were tired of running in trail skirts. They want shorts that are durable, breathable, lightweight and offer creative solutions. Ladies, we got you.

Women's Granite Pro shorts are the third version of our mountain running shorts, but the first one designed for women. Previous version were selling in the blink of an eye, especially when we took them to an exhibition during trail runs. However, before we tell you more about the new product, here's some basic information about Granite Pro. These shorts consist of two layers – an inner layer, replacing underwear, made of breathable mesh, and an outer layer, which is made of durable, lightweight and dirt-resistant polyamide. Created for making clothes that are used frequently in tough conditions, such as triathlon or mountain runs, the material – although light – is resistant to damage, peeling and abrasion.

The shorts are finished with a wide elastic band that functions as a running belt. There are pockets along the whole side: open, in which you can store gels, and zipped – for things you don't want to lose while running.

Granite Pro women's shorts are made in such a way that you don't feel you're wearing them no matter how long you've been running. We used flatlock seams and moved them from their usual place so that sensitive parts of the body are not exposed to abrasions. The inner mesh functions an underwear and ensures you cannot see any outlines of the body parts.

We added tight, narrow strings with a silicone end at the waist – you can freely adjust the width of the shorts. Granite Pro has elongated inner legs made of durable mesh – as an additional protection against abrasion and mud.

The colours of the shorts were determined by their versatility and possibility of combining them with other elements of clothing. The shorts are durable, they will last a long time, and on darker colours signs of long use aren't as visible.

Mountain runners are a great community. Thanks to their valuable tips and the ATTIQ Team's comments, we've made the following changes:

• added elastic, which functions as a running belt,

• extended the inner leg,

• changed the material of the inner leg – the new one (mesh) is lighter and even more breathable.
